Crane supervisor
This course is for people required to supervise safe systems of work using lifting equipment. It is recommended that prior to attending this course individuals should have some experience of working with lifting equipment, especially mobile cranes. The course lasts 4 days.
This course will enable candidates to understand the role and responsibility of the Crane Supervisor. Following successful completion of the course, candidates will be able understand and follow safe systems of work for basic and standard lifting operations including risk assessments and method statements.

- Preparing a lift site in accordance with the AP's safe system of work

Training at all levels of competency is available. We provide training and assessment for Specialist Plant and Machinery Operations at NVQ Level 2 and Intermediate certificate level - leading to CPCS card status. We can also provide courses registered with IPAF, PASMA and ALLMI. Alternatively certification 'in-house', or from our training partners can be provided.
