Since the transfer of CPCS from CITB to NOCN, there have been a few issues relating to new cards, individual numbers, and verification of cards. In order to keep you informed and up to date, please read below and click onto the links.
Director of CPCS - Mark Buckton - has released the following;
"As the Director responsible for CPCS I would like to again apologise for the issues during the transfer of CPCS. Cards are now being printed and dispatched, and the printing backlog created before the the end of the year will be cleared within the next week, and we are working to reduce the backlog of cards waiting to be processed.
We have updated our current FAQs for cardholders, centres and centre systems in relation to the transfer and a link to these can be found below. Our teams are working hard to resolve outstanding issues as quickly as possible and we thank you for your continued patience during this time.
We completely understand the issues and delays acquiring cards has had for individuals trying to gain access to site, agencies and employers. We are extremely sorry for any distress we have caused.
